Position: Team Lead - Testing

Responsibilities:
-
Writing Design
Verification test plan and test procedure documents after analysis of
engineering requirements and design specifications for each release of
our products.
-
Testing each release of
our products to verify new features, regression test existing
functionality, and conduct stress tests to measure system capacity and
stability.
-
Configuring test
environments for performing design verification tests in an automated
fashion.
-
Reporting test results logging detailed problem reports, working with
technical staff to troubleshoot problems and verifying fixes to the
product.
Experience/Skills:
-
A minimum of 5 years
experience in a Design Verification role, working in a product
development environment.
-
Test engineering experience necessary to
conduct protocol compliance, develop test automation scripts, and
utilize protocol analysers and load test simulators.
-
Experience setting up and configuring telecommunications and
networking products.
-
Knowledge of IP networking and Voice over IP protocols
(MGCP, SIP, VoiceXML, RTP, RTCP and ICMP), as well as SNMP, HTTP, and
NFS.
-
Good working knowledge of Unix, Linux and Solaris.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
