experience in offshore QA projects is a big
plus

Define test
strategies, plan and perform all testing activities including system,
performance, and regression testing

Customizing the
Rational Robot recording environment for different
platforms

Distributed
functional testing
-
Investigating
and analyzing the test results through the Rational Test Log Viewer
-
Managing test
assets in Test Manager
-
Using SQA Basic
to edit test scripts to extend their functionality for stress,
performance, and volume tests
Desired
Profile
-
3-6 years
experience for an SE/SSE role and 5-10 years for a TL/PL
role
-
Extensive
background in QA methodologies and experience developing and executing
comprehensive test suites for system-software
components
-
At least 2
years of development experience
-
Working
knowledge of a wide variety of QA tools such as problem trackers, test
harnesses and reporting, test automation, complexity analysis, and
profiling
-
Product testing
experience of multi-platform software, including
Windows/Mac/Unix/Linux/Solaris/etc.

Strong
Database/Data warehouse/SAP knowledge
-
Experience in
Automated testing tools is a must

Experience in
Rational Robot will be preferred

communication skills and commitment to succeed is
